Morning Guided Meditations from the Rigpa Retreat (1 hour each)

These are the daily morning meditations from the retreat shared here in the order they were offered.

  1. The first one was inspired by a powerful visionary dream.
  2. The second one is an invitation to be relaxed and alert.
  3. The third is about being open to grace and sensing into the activity of grace.
  4. The fourth is about finding answers within.
  5. The fifth meditation is a stream of powerful blessings that one simply needs to receive and align with.

All are potent practices and an hour long.

If you listen to only one, I recommend the fifth one.
