Course Requirements:
Anyone in reasonable health from the age of 15 and up can join this course. I recommend you attend the course outdoors in fresh air as far as possible. You will need a yoga mat, writing materials (Journal and pen) and good internet connection with your phone / tablet to attend. Video will need to be on for all participants.
Two Settings:
There are two “settings” for this course: “Buzzing Bee” and “Cool Cucumber”. Participants can select the setting that suits them best.
1. Buzzing Bee:
Those who opt for the “Buzzing Bee” setting will have strong attendance requirements. They will need to attend all 55 days of the course (counting only the days we actually practice, not the days in between). If they miss more than 5 days for any reason, they will immediately lose access to the course! If these “Naughty Bees” wish to continue this course, they will have to sign up for the “Cool Cucumber” setting.
2. Cool Cucumber:
Those who opt for the “Cool Cucumber” setting will not have any attendance requirements. This is suitable for those who don’t want the pressure of their attendance being tracked. They can join the sessions live or watch the course recordings as they please.
Course Fees:
The course fee varies according to the setting you choose for yourself. Buzzing Bees is the recommended setting. However not being able to meet attendance requirements will mean losing access to the course and the course recordings! Cool Cucumbers is the right setting for those who are interested in this course but aren’t keen or able (for any reason) to make such a strong commitment.
Dates and Timings:
Course starts Tuesday 11th Oct 2022 and continues till Tuesday 14th Feb 2023. We practice live on Zoom, three days a week for 55 days from 5:55 am to 6:50 am IST (55 mins).
